The Southern California Black Deaf Advocates is the 38th local chapter of the National Black Deaf Advocates (NBDA) organization. We are a chapter within the Western Region of the NBDA.

Our mission, as a local chapter, is to collaborate with our members and our community to promote the leadership development, economic and educational opportunities, social equality, and to safeguard the general health and welfare of, Black Deaf and hard of hearing people.
